Book Sale

Our Book Donation Drives encourage the community to give the gift of reading. By collecting and distributing books, we ensure that everyone has access to literature, fostering a community-wide culture of literacy and learning.

Our book donation initiative provides essential resources to those in need, promoting a culture of reading and support within the Kingston community.

Volunteer to help!

Consider being a part of our Events Committee!

The Events Committee is responsible for organizing, publicizing, and implementing a special event (such as a Book Sale, Cocktail Party or a Library Fair) for library supporters. There can be more than one sub-committee operating at any one time on specific events.

We proudly collaborate in tandem with the Community Engagement Committee of the Kington Library Board of Trustee.

Perhaps the Fundraising Committee would showcase your talents and connections!

The Fundraising Committee is responsible for coordinating annual operating fund campaigns for the support of Library activities.

  • Membership, sponsorship, underwriting
  • Donations
  • Memorial Gifts
  • Fundraising campaigns (and Year-End Appeal, Hudson Valley Gives, Giving Tuesday)

You don't have to be a member to volunteer on a FoKL committee.
